By Placing an Order On Our Wholesale Site You Accept These Terms
- All prices nett to the wholesale trade only.
- All prices ruling at despatch date.
- Value added tax at ruling rate.
- CLAIMS: Non-delivery to be notified in writing within 7 days of date of invoice.
- (i) Worldwide Tools Limited (seller) shall retain ownership of all goods sold until either (a) all monies due and owing by the Buyer to the Seller are paid, or (b) the Buyer sells the goods in the ordinary course of its business, whichever first shall occur.
(ii) In the event that monies due to the seller are unpaid, the Seller shall have the right, (without prejudice to its other rights), to enter the Buyer’s premises during ordinary business hours and to take possession of and remove such of its goods as shall be found on those premises or otherwise in the Buyer’s possession.
(iii) For the purposes of this clause, a sale in the ordinary course of the Buyer’s business shall not include a sale by a receiver, liquidator, trustee in bankruptcy, or a pearson in a similar capacity and it is not the intention of the parties hereto, that any such person should be empowered to sell the Seller’s goods save where all monies due and owing by the Buyer to the Seller have been paid.
- Delivery : 24/48 hours subject to booking in.
- All sizes and weights quoted are approximate.
- Goods ordered which are out of stock and therefore not despatched will NOT be retained on back order. All out of stock items must be re-ordered.
- When placing orders the customer acknowledges that goods are supplied only against each and every one of the above conditions.
